This is a matte black plastic alarm clock with a good weight to it (it's not light like the small triangular clocks are) - 9 1/2 ounces. It measures 8 inches at the base and is 7 inches high. There is a quartz movement that uses 1 AA battery (not included.) The enclosure for the clock face itself is hinged and can rotate in the center. The scene is printed on a special canvas cloth, painted in 3D and regular paint and then varnished. There is a brass charm in the top center. Brass butterflies, brass hearts and Austrian crystals are used for embellishments in most cases.
