All photos sent remain the property of the owner and the artist and may be used in other designs.  This is a necessary agreement so that the same photo does not show up in someone else's work.  It is understood that permission is automatically granted if you allow me to use your photo.

Please only send your own photos or if you are surprising a friend with a gift using their dog photo, please follow up with permission to use the image or specifically request that it not be used.  It is not my intention or wish to use any photo that I do  not have permission to use.
